JAN 31 - FEB 1 | THE RANCH LAGUNA BEACH
First Feast
First Feast marks the beginning. A new year, a new way of gathering, something we're creating together.
This gathering is designed specifically for women, and my first gathering in this new chapter of my own journey. It arrives at the perfect moment: when we're all hungry for something more meaningful than resolutions. A fresh start that actually nourishes.
The name holds multiple invitations. A feast of exceptional food, yes—but also a feast of ideas, of honest conversation, of the kind of connection that feeds something deeper. "Feast" because we're done with scarcity mindsets around wellness, around time, around what we deserve. And "First" because this is just the beginning of what becomes possible when people gather with intention.

First Feast is an invitation to come home to yourself—through intentional conversation that goes beneath the surface, movement that reconnects you to your body's wisdom, and meals that celebrate what it means to truly feast.
For three days, you'll be held in a container designed for discovery. You'll explore what happens when you slow down enough to listen, when you give yourself permission to be fully present, and when you gather with women who understand that wellness isn't something we perfect—it's something we practice together.
You'll leave with a renewed sense of what's possible when we create space for both nurturing and being nurtured, when connection becomes the foundation rather than the afterthought.
-
Perched in the coastal hills of Laguna Beach, The Ranch is where California's rugged beauty meets intentional design. Twenty acres of eucalyptus groves and native gardens create a sanctuary that feels both wild and carefully tended—a place where the ocean breeze carries the scent of sage and the only sounds are birdsong and rustling leaves.
An intimate estate that understands the power of simplicity—farm-to-table meals served family-style, interiors that blend natural materials with understated elegance, and spaces designed for both solitude and deep connection. Every detail invites you to exhale and remember what it feels like to simply be, surrounded by beauty that requires nothing from you but presence.
-
Three days designed around the rhythms your body actually craves—movement that wakes you up, meals that bring you together, and conversation that goes deeper than small talk.
We gather Friday evening to settle in and set our intentions over dinner.
Saturday, we'll be together from sunrise to sunset and beyond—because the essence of this gathering is exactly that: being together. Morning movement practices that help you reconnect to your body's wisdom, workshops and guided experiences exploring wellness, purpose, and what it means to truly nourish yourself, and evenings around the table where some of life's most transformative conversations unfold.
Sunday begins with sunrise and morning movement before we close our circle together early afternoon, carrying forward a renewed sense of what's possible when people come together with intention, new connection, and expanded awareness.

Your experience is fully inclusive of all meals, two night accommodations, workshops, and activities.

Check-in is 4 pm on Friday; you are welcome to arrive a bit early to enjoy the property. Check out is 12noon, followed by a closing circle lunch.
What should I wear?
For movement- Comfortable movement clothes (leggings, athletic tops—layers are key for cool mornings), Supportive sneakers or trainers, Light jacket or wrap for outdoor sessions
For meals/gatherings- Casual daytime wear that feels good on your body, 1-2 dinner outfits that make you feel beautiful but comfortable (think elevated casual—nothing too formal), Cozy layers for evenings (temperatures can drop once the sun sets)
Do I need prior experience with movement, yoga, OR wellness practices?
Absolutely not. All practices will be appropriate for all levels, leaning towards the less experienced.
What is the group size?
The group size will be limited to 24 participants.
Can I bring a friend/partner?
Absolutely—if you have a friend who would resonate with the intention of this gathering, we'd love to welcome her.
Will I get a detailed itinerary before I arrive?
You'll receive logistics and an overview before arrival, but the detailed programming will unfold during our time together. This is intentional—we're practicing presence over planning, trust over control.
What about food and dietary restrictions?
All meals are fresh, wellness-minded, and designed to nourish rather than restrict. We celebrate abundance and the pleasure of eating well together. Dietary restrictions and allergies will be happily accommodated.
Alcohol will be available for those who choose to partake, but there's absolutely no pressure or expectation to drink.
